Bookings and enquiries
When you book or contact us by phone or email we use your name, contact details and journey details to provide the service, and keep them only as long as needed for that and for our legal obligations.
Driver applications
Driver applications are collected with Google Forms (Google acts as our processor). We use them only to assess your application. Licence and DBS details are requested and checked only at the document-check stage. Applications that are not successful are deleted within [6 months].
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
